The Zoning "Atlas"

Although you should always check with your local elected officials, their staffs, and municipal authorities, The Zoning "Atlas" is very good online and interactive resource to see what zoning codes already exist in a certain geographic area. 


More details are forthcoming on examples of how to use this as a taxpayer.
