Kleptocracy
Kleptocracy (klep-tock-ruh-see) - a form of government in which corrupt leaders (kleptocrats) exploit their position of power to steal wealth and resources from the people they govern.
In such systems, officials often engage in embezzlement, bribery, and other forms of corruption to enrich themselves and their allies at the public's expense.
Pernicious
"Affordable Housing" projects are ripping off Texas taxpayers and depleting public schools of financing. These projects are not just increasing violent crime in communities, but also bringing U.S. government designated foreign terrorist organizations and gang members into communities.
Kakistocracy
Kakistocracy (kack-uh-stock-ruh-see) - Rule by the worst or most unscrupulous people, often producing conditions ripe for crime and lawlessness
Rule by widespread incompetence, leading to societal decline
Compounded by a "Kleptocracy" - elected and appointed government officials who enrich themselves and their friends off of taxpayers
